We now play every other week.
Game starts at 6:30 but this is warm up. As soon as we get 10 players we start!! So if your late coming from work, no problem, you can jump in any time.
We put together 3 to 4 teams. So you can be on team 3 or 4..
Gate Key Code given to members in person at our indoor games in Hollywood. If you are new to the group and if you come a little late the gym door may be closed. We will come out every 10 minutes to let the late comers in.
3 to 4 teams of four or five players depending how many show up. All skill levels welcome. Coed; no hard core games.
We will be playing full court basketball. Teams rotate in and out every 10 minutes.
You need to bring one White and one Dark shirt for teams, you will need both!
If late you may be bumped by a walk-on player. Please un-RSVP if you cannot make it. We do over book by 4 players so if all the RSVPs show up, the last few RSVP may not get in but usually not everyone shows up. Walk-ons welcome and we usually can fit a few but no guarantee. Walk-ons could take your spot if your late.
Only soft-soled tennis shoes will be allowed. No black soled shoes, work boots or dress shoes allowed.
We are at the corner of Franklin and Highland. Real close to the Kodak Theater area. You cannot miss it, just look for the tall white church. Subway Access. Free parking for our group, just pull into the church parking lot and tell them your with the sports group. If you are coming from the 101 you can take the Highland exit and head into Hollywood. Or if the exit looks backed up you take the Cahuenga exit make a right heading south down Cahuenga and make your first right (west)onto Franklin. Keep going until you run into Highland, you will see the church in front of you. This is the best way to go as sometimes Highland can get crowed with traffic.
