Rope line side lines so there is no question if you stepped out. Large orange professional TD markers, marked side lines, top of the line Flag Football belts.

New players are always welcome; we pick new teams each week!! One Quarterback per team every other Sunday, then the following Sunday we will rotate quarterbacks so everyone gets to throw.

Bring one Dark or black shirt and one White shirt for teams!!

Our goal is to play two 40 minute halves but we usually play more. There will be soccer players at the field, we play after them, so hang out and do not leave.

All Skill Levels are welcome. We now need 12 RSVPs to call a game SO PLEASE RSVP! All Football players must RSVP! Walk-ons are welcome but please RSVP if you know you are showing up in advance!

I do not want everyone showing up anymore unless we certain we are having a game of at a least 5 on 5. Not everyone shows up that RSVPs so if we get 12 RSVP we should get at least 10 players for a guaranteed game! You can now all feel confident and secure that we will have a game.

This game is a more casual, recreation game. You do not have to have great skills to play. Beginners also welcome. This is Coed. So if you are looking for more competition and you are a advance player, please join our Indoor Soccer games.

This is a smaller game with 8 players per side. With smaller goals (4 x 6 ft). And marked rope line side lines. Games are a hour long with a short half time.

We use smaller goals for this game, so goalies can not use there hands. Everyone gets to play goalie,rotate goalies every 10 minutes.

You need to bring one black and one white shirt for teams.. Chin guards and cleats recommended.

Walk-ons are welcome but no guarantee you will play, although we usually can fit a few. We are cutting the RSVP off at 20 players and over booking as not everyone shows up. We are allowing 9 players per team and rotating one player in every ten minutes. This way we allow more players to join us.. If we do not have a full 9 players per side, we will have a half time.

Walk-ons welcome; if we still have space available at game time then we take walk-ons, on a first come first serve basis. Your RSVP only saves you a spot if you are on time. 20 RSVP max, not everyone shows up, so we have to overbook.

Right off Lankershim Blvd. across the street from Universal Studios, you will see a sign off Lankershim Blvd. one way saying Valleyheart Dr. and the other direction James Steward Ave. That leads into the studios. When you turn on Valleyheart Dr. Follow the road all the way down past the Baseball fields, we are at the back end of the park.

Outdoor Workouts Parcourse Group

Learn to be your own personal trainer. We will be using a Parcourse. We have all seen these courses at the parks. We thought about trying them, but how do you actually use some of these workout stations without looking like a, well you know. We have all been there. Well now is your chance to learn how. And once you learn how easy and fun it is, you can continue on your own or a trainer.

Something you can do on your own once you learn the Basics. Outdoor workouts using your own body-weight. Cardio, Strength, Stretching, Core, Plyometrics. Group training or Private workouts. Great alternative to gym or home workouts.

Please bring a towel and water, comfortable workout outfit and shoes.

If you are pre-paid on for today�s workout you can take the Nutrition coaching class on Wednesday for $20.

This group workout may be canceled if we don�t get two confirmed RSVPs so call your friends to join you and get a great workout for only $15. ( Rain day, if it rains or we have to cancel because we need more people for the group, we will rescheduled for the following week)

Sorry no refunds if you pre-pay and don�t show up, or if we have to reschedule for the following week from lake of people or rain.
